Shipping across Pakistan
- Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days in major cities, 4–7 in smaller towns.
- Cash on delivery available everywhere we ship.
- You'll get a tracking number by SMS as soon as your order leaves us.
International shipping
We ship internationally on request. Drop us a note via the contact page with your address and the bag(s) you'd like — we'll come back with a shipping quote within one working day.
Returns & exchanges
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (or as store credit if you paid by COD).
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and care products can't be returned.
How to return
- Email us at saleemfariha40@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll arrange a pick-up from your address (within Pakistan).
- Once we receive and inspect the bag, your refund or exchange goes out within 3 working days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or full refund, your call.
