How long does delivery take?
2–5 working days in major Pakistani cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). 4–7 days for smaller towns. You'll receive an SMS with tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — COD is available across Pakistan. Just choose it at checkout. There's no extra charge.
Are your bags real leather?
Most are, yes — and we say so on the product page. A few of our printed and special-pattern bags use vegan leather or canvas; we always specify the material.
How do I care for my bag?
Keep it dry, store it stuffed (a tee shirt works) inside its dust bag when not in use, and avoid prolonged direct sun. For leathers, an occasional buff with a soft dry cloth keeps the finish even.
Can I exchange for a different colour?
Yes — as long as the bag is unused and within our 7-day return window. Read the full returns policy.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace, exchange, or refund — your choice.
